Made to Order Products
All flight cases and foam inserts supplied by Oakleigh Cases are made to order. This applies to all purchases, including those made through our online shop, as we do not hold stock items.
Once an order is placed, the product is manufactured specifically to your requirements.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. This means that orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind, and all custom cases and foam are non-refundable once production has begun or the order has been completed.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. This includes all specifications, measurements, and full equipment details.
Where applicable, you must ensure that model names, versions, serial numbers, identifying codes, and any modifications or upgrades are clearly provided and correct.
We manufacture strictly based on the information given. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete details, or for any changes or upgrades made to equipment that were not communicated to us before production. In such cases, refunds, remakes, or liability will not apply.
Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, whether online or via email, this constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted and confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed with and without VAT. Full payment is required before production begins, unless you are an approved credit account customer with agreed terms.
Prices may be updated at any time prior to order confirmation.
Production and Lead Times
Standard production time for website orders is typically 7–12 working days. More complex or bespoke orders may take longer.
All lead times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and materials.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to courier availability and location. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands or international destinations.
For orders outside the UK mainland, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Delivery Conditions
Goods must be checked upon delivery. Any damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours.
If goods are visibly damaged, they should be marked as “Damaged” on the delivery note and refused where appropriate.
If delivery is missed and returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If your goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Where confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund and organise collection at our cost.
Returns & Cancellations
All products supplied by Oakleigh Cases are made to order, including items purchased via our online shop. We do not supply off-the-shelf goods.

- Orders cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind
